Tony began playing guitar at the age of 8, and in
the early 1970s, his father began playing banjo while his mother started playing the upright bass and Tony began playing the mandolin. He played drums throughout elementary and high school. At age 31, he decided to try his hand at fiddle and is still continuing his love of bluegrass today.
Tony lives in Griffin, Georgia where he is retired from a career in public safety and currently works part time as a Campus Police Officer for Southern Crescent Technical College. However, those who share the privilege of knowing him know he would rather be pickin’ that good ol’ bluegrass music! He’s no stranger to the bluegrass and country music circuits around the Atlanta Georgia area. He has played with many Bluegrass and Country groups over the years and credits his abilities to the many fine musicians he has had the privilege of playing music
